Return Policy

Returns and Refunds

We will exchange or reimburse you for the cost of product (excluding freight) for any item returned within 30 days. All returns must be unopened, not expired and in salable condition.

After 30 days a 15% restocking fee will be applied
After 60 days a 30% restocking free will be applied
No returns accepted after 90 days
Custom ordered items are non–returnable

Back Order Policy

Our purchasing department is second to none in the industry. Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. If an item you purchased is backordered, we will contact you with further instructions.

 

Shipping Policy

Shipping

Orders for in–stock items will be shipped immediately and accurately from the nearest Fitness Wholesale warehouse on the same working day, if placed before 4:30 p.m. PST or EST.

We ship ground whenever possible. Ground shipping charges within the continental U.S. for orders of $75 or less is $9.00. Ground shipping charges within the continental U.S. for orders more than $75 is 12% of the total order. Certain oversize items ship by their dimensional weight and shipping charges will be calculated once your order is placed. Equipment, scales, carts and any orders more than 350 lbs. may be subject to actual shipping charges or LTL freight charges. Additional fees will apply to C.O.D orders and shipments containing hazardous materials. Please call Fitness Wholesale for shipping rates to AK, HI, PR or GU.

All orders are FOB Shipping Point.

 

Damaged Goods Policy

Please contact the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier.
